“My fellow American’s, as we remember 9-11-2001, a horrible day in the history of our country I am reminded of those who sacrifice and do honor to our country.  From those who lost their lives in the towers to those who willingly gave their lives on the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan and other lands in the War on Terror.  We salute and honor you and hope to one repay your sacrifice or at least honor your sacrifice with our actions.

We are at a turning point in our country and cannot continue down the path that we are now following.   We cannot remain at war indefinitely with Islamic terrorists.

We have seen thus far that a people cannot be forced to do that which they do not want to do without the threat of a horrible alternative. Every person has their free agency to choose. With individual choice comes consequences both good or bad. We can no longer afford nor should we try to build up a nation that does not want or value civility or Liberty. Yes, I am speaking of Iraq, Afghanistan and the other Islamic countries in the middle-east.

America will no longer shed the blood of it’s finest in an attempt to build a civil society for a people who are not willing to help themselves; the consequence of a choice. People of Islam you can choose differently.

Effective immediately, I am ordering all United States Military forces in Afghanistan to cease operations in that country. The Chairman of the Joint-Chiefs-of-Staff has will devise and carryout the redeployment of all personnel to the Continental United States within 90 days.

Equipment that is valued beyond the cost of returning it to the United States will be returned. We will abandon and destroy in place all other equipment rendering it useless. Outposts, forward operating bases and all facilities will be leveled and rendered useless to the population upon withdrawal of US Forces.

We have learned time and again that we cannot depend on anyone but ourselves. We have an obligation to our progeny to leave their future better than we find ours. As such, and in the spirit of John F. Kennedy, I am asking research institutions, industry, and private business to help our country become free from the bonds of oil within ten years. Our country saw the vision and put a man on the moon in less amount of time than I am asking here.  Surely we as an industrious nation can accomplish this goal.

I am asking the Congress to open all road blocks to the immediate development of domestic energy sources. We end our reliance on foreign oil, particularly from the middle-east TODAY. We must immediately eliminate our importation and use of foreign oil. We will no longer fund our enemies. By 2020, we will be energy independent and self reliant.

Now, by no means am I a dove. I am willing to fight our enemies. I say this to those Islamic countries and peoples that wish to destroy our way of life.

We do not desire to be men of blood and you know that if we have the resolve we can destroy you, yet we do not desire to kill you.  We have not come out to battle against you that we might shed your blood for power; neither do we desire to bring anyone to the yoke of bondage. But this is the very cause for which you have come against us; and yes, you are angry with us because of our religion.  We will no longer act as if this is not the case.

Despite all that you do, you cannot destroy our faith and thus our country. We will not and cannot be destroyed unless we should fall into transgression and deny our faith.

Now to all those who seek to destroy The United States of America, I say to you by our faith, and by our rites of worship, and by the sacred support which we owe to our families, by that liberty which binds us to our lands and our country; and also by the maintenance of the sacred word of God, to which we owe all our happiness; and by all that is most dear unto us— I offer to you by all the desires which you have for life, that you put away your weapons of war and we will not destroy you, but we will spare your lives, if you will go your way and no longer wage war against us and most importantly make a covenant of peace.  Now we know, that you feel is is okay to lie to a "non-believer."  You do so at the risk of your own destruction.

Those Islamic countries that fund and support this terror behind closed doors be warned.  Get your houses in order and use your influence to contain your neighbors.  This is your only choice.  Choose peace or choose destruction.

Now, if you refuse to do this, you are in our hands, and I will command our military forces to unleash and utilize whatever forces and weapons are needed to destroy you and your populations to the point that you will wish for primitive conditions. Your war machines will be rendered extinct. Your sources of revenue from oil will be destroyed. You only have once chance, America has had enough. Choose peace, or choose destruction, the choice is yours as are the consequences.
